The engineer shall review and approve or reject all plans for improvements to be constructed as a condition of a subdivision plat or development permit under this chapter. Upon completion of improvements, the engineer shall inspect and approve or reject the improvements. After approval of improvements, the engineer shall make such certifications as may be required or appropriate. (Prior code § 16.43.816)
