9.12.010 Discharge of firearms prohibited.

Except as provided in WMC 9.12.020, no person may:
A. Discharge a firearm within the city limits; or
B. Discharge a firearm on or across a lake or other body of water within the city limits; or
C. Intentionally point or aim any firearm or other dangerous weapon, loaded or otherwise, at any person. (Ord. 09-26(SUB) § 2, 2009; prior code § 13.04.010)
