“Animal” means vertebrate domestic or domesticated members of the Animalia Kingdom.

“Animal solid waste” means waste matter expelled from the bowels of the animal; excrement.

“Immediate” means that the animal solid waste is removed at once, without delay.

“Person” means any person, group of persons, association or corporation owning, keeping, taking care of, having custody of, having control over, or harboring an animal.

“Proper disposal” means placement in a waste receptacle, or other suitable container, and discarded in a refuse container which is regularly emptied by the municipality or some other refuse collector; or disposal into a system designed to convey domestic sewage for proper treatment and disposal.
