It is unlawful for any person to own any animal unless all structures, pens and yards, and areas in which the animal is kept, are maintained in a sanitary and safe condition. Violation of this provision is an infraction. (Ord. 09-69(AM) § 3, 2009; prior code § 12.05.040)
