A. A person who is served with an enforcement order under WMC 16.08.080 shall cause the structure, or use of land or a structure, that is the subject of the order to be discontinued or removed within the time prescribed by the order.

B. In addition to the other remedies provided in this section, violations of this chapter are subject to the remedies and penalties provided in WMC Chapter 1.20. (Ord. 02-46(SUB)(AM) § 5, 2002; Ord. 01-47 § 19, 2001; prior code § 16.43.318)
