A. No person may cause or permit an animal to be within the airport, except where the animal is:

1. In transit to or from an aircraft, and under the direct control of its owner or handler and on a leash or confined at all times;

2. Confined in a vehicle, building, cage or kennel pending transportation; or

3. Under the direct control of a peace officer or emergency responder performing official duties at the airport, and trained to assist in performing those duties. (Ord. 03-72 § 3, 2003; prior code § 5.30.270)
