9.16.030 Remedies and penalties.

A. Remedies and penalties for violations of this chapter are as provided in WMC Chapter 1.20.
B. Offenders may be released to the control and custody of their parent and/or guardian or, after contacting a parent or guardian, a citation may be issued pursuant to WMC Chapter 1.20. (Ord. 13-23(AM) § 8, 2013; prior code § 13.50.040)
