Remedies and penalties for violations of this chapter are as provided in WMC Chapter 1.20. A total of three citations in one calendar year against a person holding a permit under this chapter shall result in the revocation of the permit. (Ord. 01-47 § 4, 2001; prior code § 9.12.110)
