A. Perishable property or property that constitutes an immediate danger to the public may be disposed of immediately in any manner without notice. Notice of disposal of property destroyed under this subsection shall be sent to the finder and apparent owner, if known, of the property no more than 10 business days after the destruction of the property.

B. Found minimum-value property may be disposed of in any manner without notice. (Ord. 23-18 § 8, 2023; prior code § 7.25.060)
