The decision of the council on an objection to any assessment procedure may be appealed to the Superior Court, Third Judicial District, Alaska, in the manner provided by law. If no objection is filed or taken within 30 days after the date of confirmation of the assessment roll, the assessment procedure is considered valid in all respects. (Prior code § 2.60.220)
