A. If the clerk determines the application is substantially in the required form, the clerk shall schedule the recount to be held within seven calendar days after the receipt of the application.

B. The clerk shall provide notice to the representative and to each candidate and sponsor of a proposition or question for which the vote will be recounted of the time, date and place of the recount.

C. The clerk shall post notice on the city’s website of the time, date and place of the recount as soon as it is scheduled. (Ord. 16-15 § 24, 2016; Ord. 15-24(AM) § 4, 2015; prior code § 18.45.030)
