4.24.095 Placing ballot in ballot box.

Immediately after the voter has marked the ballot, either the voter shall deposit the ballot in the ballot box in the presence of an election official, or if the voter so requests, the election official shall deposit the ballot in the ballot box in the presence of the voter. (Ord. 12-20 § 31, 2012)
