A. Confidential/managerial employees shall be supervised by the mayor.

B. During the annual performance evaluation process, the mayor shall prepare and provide to the employee a written performance appraisal. Confidential/managerial employees shall be allowed to place their own comments on any performance appraisal. Performance appraisals for confidential/managerial employees shall be maintained as part of the city’s personnel records. (Ord. 09-44 § 12, 2009; Ord. 03-33(SUB)(AM) § 2, 2003)
