2.08.075 Forms of action by council.*

A. Subject to provisions of state law or this code that require council action to be taken in a particular form:
1. The mayor may propose council action by ordinance, resolution, action memorandum, or motion; and
2. The council may take action in the form of an ordinance, resolution, action memorandum, or motion. (IM 20-02; Ord. 00-52 § 2, 2000)
