Any official who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation subject to punishment pursuant to WMC Chapter 2.02, Ethics Complaints. A violation of the code of ethics constitutes misconduct. (Ord. 22-13(AM) § 2, 2022)
