16.32.150 Loss of legal nonconforming status.

A legal nonconforming sign will lose this designation if:
A. The sign is relocated or replaced; or
B. The structure or size of the sign is altered in any way except towards compliance with this chapter. This does not refer to change of copy or normal maintenance. (Ord. 17-09 § 14, 2017; prior code § 16.43.908.2)
