A. No person may erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any structure, or use of land or a structure, or cause or permit the same to be done in violation of this title, the terms and conditions of any rezoning, commission approval, or administrative approval.

B. Any person may bring to the attention of the planner suspected violations described in subsection (A) of this section. The complaint may be by phone or in writing but must include the full name of the person making the complaint.

C. The commission may establish by resolution an enforcement priority for violations described in subsection (A) of this section. (Ord. 02-46(SUB)(AM) § 3, 2002; prior code § 16.43.314)
