A. No person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities or, drive a motor vehicle over any interceptor tank without permission from the city.

B. No person shall excavate within any area subject to a recorded easement granting the city access and installation rights for wastewater facilities without first obtaining a permit to do so from the city. (Prior code § 5.20.080)
