10.12.060 Speed limits.

A. When operating an off-road vehicle within the city, the speed limit shall be:
1. Five miles per hour in a parking lot, business area, or when riding near pedestrian traffic; and
2. Ten miles per hour when riding in any rights-of-way within city limits. (Ord. 15-14(AM) § 2, 2015; prior code § 14.17.060)
